Argument From Force Fallacy

"Force shuns reason, but reason can overcome force."
β€” Benjamin Franklin

The argument from force (AKA Argumentum ad baculum - appeal to the stick) is an insidious fallacy in which instead of refuting an argument, the originator of an argument is subjected to force, coercion, or a threat of force in an attempt to justify a conclusion.

Example:

Person1: "Believing in things you can't justify is illogical. Philosophical atheists cannot justify their belief that God is imaginary. Therefore philosophical atheists are illogical."

Admin: "I will ban you if you keep posting what I decree to be false arguments!"
